With some detective sleuthing, I found out the name and cell phone for the owner of Tehillim Gas, located behind Ezra V'Achva.

I also have original sales receipt from Friday, as well as some of the original tainted fuel removed from my van by my mechanic.  He does not seem opposed to paying for the damage, but he has not seen the bill yet either.

Interesting case of nizikim.  Hopefully our friend Yisrael will opt to pay the damages to get his kapara.
