[RBS] Chayal needs cell phone please, willing to pay

CHayal had his cell phone stolen, needs a good dependable phone unlocked to
Cellcom ;  but he's on a chayal salary so needs to be affordable for him.
Last year's model (or 2 years ago's model) is fine.    If you are selling
one please call him (we have lent him an old kosher phone for now but he
needs texting )
