[RBS] need an urgent letter from Baltimore

is anyone coming in from baltimore in the next few days?
my freind just made aliya and she left proof of her "jewish status" in a file there
so-- no letter, no proof of being jewish, no teudat zehut, no accepting the lift etc etc!
it's just one letter- please let me know if you can bring it
