[RBS] Water company - trying to collect 7 year old bill???

Hi - we used to live in Jerusalem.  The water company there recently
contacted me, claiming I owe them money from over 7 years ago.

 

I don't think I do - but that's a long time ago to try to figure out what
went on.

 

Can anyone tell me if there is a statue of limitations in Israel for this
type of thing?
