[RBS] Updated list of plastic bottle recycling bins in RBS-A

Well, 15 months ago, the Iriya asked for a list of places for new
recycling bins.
I received around 10 location requests from RBS-A residents and B"H, 8
of them were fulfilled (plus others).

The new plastic bottle recycling bins started operating around 2-3
months ago (they were there before, but weren't being emptied).

Although it's easy to be cynical and critical of our Iriya, I'm glad
to see this has finally been done.
The Iriya gets support from the national government for these types of
projects and it does hold down the costs of running the city as well.

Remember, if you empty the air out of the bottles (i.e. crush them)
and then put the cap back on, these bins will hold 2-3 times the
amount of bottles.

Corner Sorek/Lachish
Corner Dolev/Ayalon

Parking lot across from Ayalon 25
Corner Ein Geddi/Chevver
Mata 12
Corner Arugot/Shtefenesht (street that goes down to the schools)
Corner Arugot/Nitzanim (near the park by the Dona commercial
building/Kupot Cholim)
