I am pleased to advise that a small buyer's group is presently being formed
to bid, acquire and develop IY'H a certain parcel of land that is soon to
be released for bids in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph.  To date, builders,
project managers and architects have been engaged by legal counsel to
design, price and prepare to build this project  - IYH - which shall be
designed from the outset to accommodate families looking for very
well-designed large apartments. The size of the apartments - based upon our
most recent architectural design allowed for the site -  are approximately
275 sqm - neto - for each apartment.

Interested parties may contact the undersigned by e-mail and provide full
contact details for reply.  Please note that a Non-Disclosure Agreement
will need to be signed before any information details shall be made
available and a nominal 500NIS plus VAT cost applies to see the current
draft design for the sample apartment, lot location, etc. etc..

Parties who may wish to join the group will need to demonstrate financial
capacity in advance of joining, among other requirements.   Only 8 units
remain available this phase.
