[RBS] ISO: upgrade cellphone to handle Hebrew

Listers,

We bought a Nokia cellphone in chul for use
here in Israel. It works great, except that
it cannot write Hebrew characters. (It displays
Hebrew SMS's as expected.)

We've been advised to upgrade its software in
order to support Hebrew as a writing language.

Our carrier, Orange, won't do this because the
phone wasn't purchased from them.

I know of one shop in the Mercaz (near the Iriyah)
that does this, but it takes two days.

Is there somewhere in R/BS or Y'm that can do
this while-you-wait?
