[RBS] Who to contact in regard to putting up a mirror in a parking lot?

the parking lot off of ayalon, for the apartments 34-38 dolev, is not very
safe.

you cant see the cars coming in, when they are exiting, and those entering
cant see the cars coming out.

its dangerous.

who does one contact in regard to attaching a mirror to the pole out of the
lot on the divider of ayalon?
