Is looking for a

Public Relations Office Secretary

 The right candidate will be a key player in the active Public Relations office:

                        .                 Schedule appointments and reach out to donors and alumni via phone

.                 Assist with writing and designing monthly e-newsletter

.                 Assist with showing visitors around the campus

.                 Service Boys Town offices worldwide

.                 Regular office tasks (i.e. receive phone calls, filing, documenting, typing, printing, copying, data
entry, etc.)

.                 Issue regular mailings

 Qualifications include:

.                 Mother-tongue Hebrew (aka Israeli Native), yet strong command of English

.                 Strong writing skills in Hebrew and English

.                 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet savvy 

.                 Ability to learn and operate in-house computer programs

.                 Outgoing and upbeat personality; respectable appearance

.                 Able to interact with donors, alumni, prospects, and visitors from overseas 

.                 Team player, familiar with the Israeli scene, who will interact with all levels of Israeli staff as
well as offices abroad 

.                 Ability to work overtime if necessary

A full time position will be offered to the right candidate after a trial period.
