[RBS] unsolicited recommendation for a plumber

Ashley Coleman coincidentally had to do work at our house two days in a row
for two unrelated problems.  Initially his worker charged us for two
separate visits.  When Ashley was reviewing the paperwork he felt bad about
charging us for two visits and phoned us a number of times trying to reach
us in order to refund the money. Additionally, when his worker was running
late, his secretary phoned to say he would be fifteen minutes late. That is
honesty and service, not to mention a job well done!
