[RBS] PSA: NO WATER ON WEDNESDAY

According to ads in the local papers, RBS A & B as well as Beit Shemesh will
not have water on Wed. AM - unclear till when.  Fill up buckets for your
washing needs, and forget laundry on Wednesday morning!
