[RBS] espresso maker?

[Kaminker]

Looking to buy a reasonably priced home espresso maker with milk frother but
confused with all the brands and options out there.

Anyone have one that they're happy with (or not)?  

Nespresso is said to make a good one but you have to use their coffee
capsules which have to be specially ordered though this is suppose to make a
great cup of coffee.

Any experiences with this or other machines?
