[RBS] help with computer screen sought

[Shira and Dani Schijveschuurder]

I have a very annoying volume adjustment option, right in the middle of my
screen, that refuses to go away.
Does anyone know how to make it disappear?
No batteries needed, no obvious loose connections .....
