[RBS] REGISTRATION FOR GANIM AND KITA ALEF: February 5 – February 24, 2012

Between February 5 – February 24, 2012, the Education Department will
open registration for the next school year תשע"ג.

Below is a translation of the details advertised by the Education
department in local newspapers and website:

Registration for the Educational institutes for Beit Shemsh residents
only, for ages trom trom chova, trom chova, chova and grade 1 will be
done through the Municipality website www.beitshemesh.muni.il

The website for registration will be open between:  5/2/12 – 24/2/12.

Registration Centers for those who don’t have access to Internet:
1. Sunday-Wednesday from 16:30-19:00 at Eshkol pais, 13 Aliyat hanoar
st., Beit Shemesh
2. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30-13:00 and on Monday
from 15:30-17:30 at the matnas on Nachal Dolev st., Ramat Beit Shemsh
3. Friday from 8:30-12:00 at Lehava Center on 19 Golan st, Beit Shemsh
Telephone support during registration period will take place on Sunday
and Wednesday from 8:30-12:00, Tel. #: 02-9902120 and on Monday and
Thursday from 13:00-17:00, Tel. #: 02-9902118

Reception hours during registration period will take place on
Wednesday from 15:00 – 17:00 at the Education Division on 26 Gefen
st., Beit Shemesh


Compulsory Registration:
* Kita Aleph (6)- children born between 1st January 2006 till the 22nd
December 2006.
* Gan Chova (5) - children were born between 22nd December 2006 and
9th December 2007.
* Trom Chova (4) - children who were born between 10th December 2007
and 27th December 2008.
* Trom Trom Chova (3) - Children who were born between 28th December
2008 and 17th December 2009

Children carrying on in the same gan from תשע"ב (this year) must still
register for תשע"ג (up coming school year)

In order to be entitled to register, you and your partner must have an
updated Teudat Zehut, which states your Beit Shemesh address, and your
child's correct details. If your teudat zehuts are not updated then
immediately take it to Misrad hapnim.

Parents payments: 410 NIS per year for enrichment programs in trom
chova and chova ganim. 610 NIS per year for hot lunch in gan chova
only.
Payment options: credit card, direct withdraw signed by the bank (can
be downloaded from the site), checks or cash can be paid at the Gvia
(payment) Department on Aba Namat st, Beit Shemesh

Open Days for visits in the Ganim near by your home:
Friday the 27th January 2012
Friday the 3rd February 2012
