[RBS] Hot Mobile Cell Phone Reception?

Does anyone have experience with Hot mobile's reception in Ramat Bet Shemesh, specifically Ramat Shilo? 
Just got our new cell phones working today and there does not seem to be much reception in our apartment... I am curious if there is anything to do about that.
