[RBS] Free website development for one lucky business/organization

11th grade programming student (extremely talented, has already
completed 5 yechidot in programming) is looking to create one new
website for free as a bagrut project (for 5 yechidot in handasat
tochana --
software engineering) .

The website must be fairly serious and should require storing
information for your organization's or business's use.
