[RBS] Tikkun Chatzot during the 3 weeks - 12:45 am/pm

Tikkun Chatzot typically is said at Midnight however  the practice during
the 3 weeks between 17th of Tammuz and 9th of Av is to say Tikkun Chatzot
at mid-day.  During this period the expression of pain over the churban is
more public and everyone is encouraged to say tikkun chatzot mid-day, in
shul or at home or where-ever you may be at that time.  Mid-day and
Mid-night during the 3 weeks in RBS is between 12:44 am/pm and 12:45 am/pm.

The original version for tikkun chatzot is attached for anyone who wishes
to make use of this tefillah.

May we be zoche, bechasdei chasdei Hashem, to witness Binyan Bayit Shelishi
speedily and in this generation. Amen.
