[RBS] psa: new restaurant Elbarrio

I just asked for and was emailed a menu for the new Elbario restaurant in
Sheinfeld-the variety looks amazing and the prices are reasonable. Haven't
been there yet, but it's nice to see a new dairy restaurant in town. It is
under Chug Chasam Sofer Bnei Brak hechsher.
