[RBS] seeking AC unit or powerful fan

For young couple (recently moved to RBS) with limited funds and only one
small (not very good) AC unit in the living  room area.  Looking for
something they can put in the bedroom , preferably something that is
"moveable" as this is a rental unit.

I will pass on any info to them as they are not on the lists yet
