[RBS] scraped car

Consider this a formal request to the List/s for any eye witnesses, or 
perpetrators, to realize that at the end of Sefer Yeshayahu we are 
chastised for talking the Torah talk, and not walking the walk.

No one would blend damaging a car and concealing it, with the Nine Days, 
would they?

Your car will be repaired, but the neshama involved in the accident 
(let's be dan lekaf zchut) ?  Seems time to live like Jews in a Jewish 
community on the Land and maybe the Nine Days is a good time to start?

If whoever did this wishes to remain anonymous out of embarassment, 
please be in contact with our office and we will wrrange a repair 
without causing further shame or discomfort.  Just please step forward.
