[RBS] Query re: Kalei Tzom on Shabbos as preparation for Tisha B'Av

Seems from the two answers I received that it's OK, as long as it's not done with an "announcement" that it is in preparation for the Tzom, preferably to prepare the pill with water before Shabbos (I don't know if that influences the effectivity of it) or taken with food at the same time.
