[RBS] kudos to Ronit Raanan

i want to publicly thank the mayor for hiring Ronit Raanan as the head
of the (public) education department

as a case manager for special-needs children and a community
volunteer, i have sent her emails asking about various issues, and she
has always sent the correct person to me  within 2 working days (nto
simpyl told me whom to chase, she ensured that the person contacted
me)
