[RBS] Shade Our Parks Please!

Please sign our petition, tell others about our petition and get people talking about "Shading our Parks!"  We could all enjoy the summers if our parks were shaded.  If you know someone in the local governement, give them a call or send them a letter.  Many other places offer this service to the residents.  It is not an unreasonable request.  We live in House of the Sun!
