[RBS] fedex brokerage fees

Hi,
Does anyone have information about Fedex's brokerage fees? I spoke with them today and it sounds like, if I'm understanding them correctly, there's a minimum of 300 nis in fees to clear packages through customs. (if the value is over 75 dollars)

Has anyone dealt with them when ordering things to Israel? Do any delivery companies here not charge crazy fees?
