I recently ordered from Gila's Catering for Shavout a parave cheese cake.  I highly recommend Gila's Custom Catering to all. I have used her for the past two years and would send everyone to her.  Gila's prices are very reasonable and she made a delicious tofu cake with a blueberry topping.
