[RBS] seeking: Ceramic studio for periodic rental

I want to buy a gift for an experienced ceramicist, who does not have his own studio or kiln
Does anyone in the area have a studio with glazes and kiln, who would be interested in renting out the use of the space and equipment on a periodic basis?
