[RBS] Miriam Kaplan's Catering Services Made Our Simcha Shine

Last night my daughter celebrated her Bat Mitzvah and it was simply
beautiful.

While our simcha budget was modest we decided to partly cater as I work
full time. At my daughter's request we turned to Miriam Kaplan's catering
services.

>From the moment we met with Miriam she helped us create a clear and
affordable menu, she was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Yesterday, on the day of the simcha, my jaw simply dropped. Firstly,
everything she brought was fresh and delicious and stunningly presented.
All her food "dissapeared".

As well, Miriam and her wonderful assistant (also Miriam) turned my dining
room table into a centerpiece to be remembered.

At the end of the evening, my house was cleaned up and ready for a new day.

My daughter Yaeli felt very special and I'm very grateful to Miriam for
making our simcha so memorable.
