[RBS] Land registry office in Jerusalem

I need to go to the Tabu (land registry office) in Ben Yehuda St, Jerusalem
(I think it's the tall building next to Hamishbir) on Sunday morning. If
anyone is going near then and can give me a lift, please reply.
Also, if anyone knows if the place is usually very busy, and one needs to
wait a long time, please let me know.
