Sign your kids up to the Reading Clubs in the Benjamin Kruger library this
coming week!
Who says there's nothing to do during the summer?
Are you looking for an exciting and educational experience for your kids
during the upcoming vacation?
Then these reading clubs are just for you!
Come join this exciting program that will encourage your children to read.
How? With the goal of reading at least 16 hours over the summer, your kids
can watch their playing pieces advance on a giant "Reading Board" in the
library. They will also participate in fun activities involving all sorts of
animals, like iguanas, agama lizards, and snakes, not to mention
butterflies, insects and fish. They'll hold 'em, stroke 'em (well, some of
them!) and learn all about 'em.
At the end each one will get a Faithful Reader Certificate and prizes as
well.
The clubs are open to children going into Gan Chova through 6th grade. They
will take place once a week, during the early or late afternoons of either
Monday or Wednesday, throughout July and August - all for just 100 NIS.
You can sign up in the library (Sderot HaDekel 9 in Givat SHarett) or by
phone (991-8499). Space is limited, so register now!
