[RBS] In search of kupat leumit members wth kids(age 10 and under) with issues

We are looking for present kupat leumit members with kids(age 10 and under) with issues. A family member is thinking of switching to them b/c they supposedly will give her quick specialist appointments that they need rather than waiting for two months in her present kupa. They are promising whatever is lacking in her kupa.
We would like to speak with people who already have experience with leumit with these issues to find out if these promises will be kept. Talk is cheap. 
But actions speak louder than words.
We would love to hear from you quickly since the date to switch is Friday.
