[RBS] danger to children walking in am please call 106

 large garbage bins are placed on the sidewalk nearly every am.
Often for a number of hours to be later removed by the garbage "men"(arabs).I think this is to save them time?
My concern is the danger involved in blocking the sidewalk so much so,that a 5 or 7 year old child whos mom allows him to walk to school(since they need not cross any streets) now  must walk into the street suddenly(because they can no longer walk on the sidewalk) and a passing car (also w/ partially blocked view) has to swerve away  suddenly to avoid collision.

The fact that these bins block cars view when placed in  front of drive ways is bad enough,but we should not allow the city to put our young children in danger by forcing them to enter the street  entirely. 
 
Please help protect our children and take a moment to call 106 and reccomend the garbage be collected more responsibly.(ie not block side walks for many hours)

Maybe while your at it you can call mei shemesh and ask that the water fountains in the parks(ie ayalon) also be turned on to benefit the community before the summer heat kicks in.
