[RBS] Change of address on T.Z- is presence at Misrad Hapnim necessary?

Hi,

We need to change our address on our Teudat Zehut and would love to avoid a
draining trip to Misrad Hapnim.
Does anyone know if it is possible to mail or fax the new information and
they will send us a new Teuda?
