Government assessor sees no change in home prices:
Prices for four-room apartments were unchanged in the first quarter of 2012, 
compared with the preceding quarter and up 1% compared with the 
corresponding quarter of 2011.
The government assessor's figures are based on a survey of 4,000 purchases 
of new and second-hand four-room apartments, the commonest type of home in 
Israel, in 16 cities.
