[RBS] vacation apartment?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a vacation apartment from july 9th to the 31st.  This is for one older couple who will basically only sleep there, so it can be just a room and bathroom, no kitchen needed.  It will also NOT be used on shabbos.  The most important requirement is that it is very accessible with no or very few stairs.  Close to hayarkon/hayarden would also be a plus.  Please be in touch asap if you know a place.
