[RBS] Recommendations for expert electrician

We urgently need an electrician who can help us find the source of a short
circuit in our house.

Very early this morning our smoke alarm went off and indeed there was smoke
coming from 'somewhere' but no fire. The fire brigade could not find the
source of the smoke and recommended that we bring in an electrician to
check out the house.

We are looking for an electrician that we can trust to methodically go over
our whole house, checking for problems at every outlet, junction box
etc.... in order to find and solve this problem.

Please send us any recommendations.
