[RBS] crazy idea

How about having only one email list for RBS? I am not sure of the history,
but I get so many emails every day with so many duplications. Is it really
necessary? I don't know if it's for logistical reasons or egos/control
issues, but is there really a need for 4 different lists in one community?
Just saying. (Curious if the lists will actually post this.)
