[RBS] Are there any English Speaking Radio channels that reach RBS?

NBN recently sent out several frequencies to access the news in English.


AM 954 kHz
FM 101.3  88.2  101.2 107.3


 I cannot access any of them on my radio. Does anyone know of others that reach to RBS?
