[RBS] To Siren or not to Siren?

I just spoke to the Ketzin Bitachon of Beit Shemesh and he stated that
the sirens were not supposed to go off in RBS.

I haven't heard confirmation that they went off in BS - maybe people
in BS just heard them from the outer lying moshavim?

Remember, the army projects the trajectory and to some extent can
limit which sirens go off.
