The shiur will explore some of the core concepts in ממנות using פרק חזקת
הבתים as a base text.
The shiur will be highly conceptual and almost 100% outside of the gemara.
No preparation is required. Some of the topics to be covered include:
•	Different types of חזקת ממון
•	מיגו
•	טוען ונטען in general, 
•	נוגע בעדות
•	many others
Each shiur will be around 30 minutes, on Thursday night at 10:30, as part of
mishmar.
