I'll paraphrase a notice posted in at least one shul:
As of 8 Kislev, the Lachish mikva will be open under the supervision of 
Rav Davidovitch and Rav Perlstein and the Dolev mikva will no longer be 
under their supervision.
(The notice is a plain one, without a letterhead, for what it's worth)
