[RBS] Summer recreation options for family from chu'l

I am looking to collect information for a Torani/American yeshivish family coming in for
6 weeks this summer iy'H, with kids ranging in age from 9 - 17,
girls 9, and 14, boys 12, 14 and 17.

They will be spending part of the time in BS, part in Yerushalaim,
and perhaps some time up north.

They are looking for comfortable and affordable, not luxurious,
accommodations, and the most economical way to include rental
car and/or tour guide for weekly trips.

1.  Tzimmer recommendations for Galil or Golan, with shul 
     and  makolet on premises, and tiyul options nearby

2.  Cheap short-term apt. rental in Yerushalaim

3.  Day camps for all (separate boys and girls)  in BS/RBS for the early part of the summer.
     Boys camp to include learning as part of the program.

4.  A Rav-Mechanech or avrech in BS/RBS who can learn with the 17 year old boy,
      and possibly the 14 year old boy, if he's too old for the day camp
      programs offered.

5.  Counselor/junior counselor options for the older boys mentioned and/or volunteer
      activity.

6.  Any ideas for day trips, special activities for all
