[RBS] seeking recommendation for gardener

I am looking for a personal recommendation on a great Israeli
gardener-someone with vast knowledge and understanding of various plants and
trees, someone with know-how about watering systems, who is reasonably
priced and reliable. For an existing garden-planting, maintenance, etc.
Please only send recommendations of people you, yourself, have used and been
very happy with.
