[RBS] 012 Mobile or Golan

I am thinking of switching my cell phone to either 012 Mobile or Golan (I have a 2G phone and therefore cannot consider Hot Mobile).

I am primarily interested in hearing about cell reception for these companies in RBS and in general.
I would also appreciate any word about customer service.
