BTYA is looking for a PART-TIME Hall Manager for its Simcha hall, Ulam
Shabsai. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives in close
proximity to the Shul, and who works in the area.

Responsibilities:

* Unlock and lock the hall before and after events. Will require early AM
and late PM time. Note that this part of the job can be shared with
responsible family members.
* Coordinate with the cleaner to ensure that the hall is perfectly ready
before events.
* Coordinate with the caterer to ensure that the hall is returned as
expected after s'machot.
* Ensure that fixes are reported and taken care of.
* Suggest improvements.
* Stop in on every simcha to ensure the client's needs are met.
* Be on-call for things that come up during events.

Does not include booking of the hall.

Requirements:
-----
* Customer Service attitude + Ability to be tough and require adherence to
hall rules.
* Excellent command of Hebrew and English.
* Must be able to be at the hall, sometimes during events, with very short
notice.
