[RBS] ISO: aluminum guy or masger for English window

Listers,

My English window (a basement window with a "well" access to the
garden level) needs a cover to keep rain from gathering inside the
well.

Sort of like this:

If you know an aluminum guy or a masger in the Bet Shemesh/Y'm
area who can make a clear, leak-proof cover, please pass along
his contact info.

(Please reply only if you *know* that your guy does this type of
thing; the regular aluminum/masger guys don't usually do this
work.)
