[RBS] PSA: New car test center

I just received information for a new car test center,just a little outside
Bet Shemesh.
Seems to be bigger,newer machines/computers and more lanes.

It's located in Ezor Taasiya Soreq 13 behind the police station Bet shemesh.

Opening hours: Sunday till Thursday from 7:30 till 16:30.
                        Friday from 7:30 til 13:00.
