It's true !
 
Ra Vaye's "Bug-Checking" book has a section on checking Fish.
 
But no bugs here. Rather.....There are WORMS in fish.
 
A kosher fish does not end with just Fins & Scales.
 
Type 1 worms can be found on the outside of the fish's skin, inside the head, or in the belly cavity.
 
Type 2 worms can be found inside the flesh of the fish or between the skin and the flesh.
 
Does the fish you just bought have Type 1, Type 2, or is worm free?
 
This book makes it easy !
