[RBS] Request to use Superbus no 12 16 to train station

Following the change to the train schedule, Superbus have also changed
finally their schedules, so in the morning no 12 leaves RBS at 6:20
followed by the 16 at 6:25. From my journeys so far on the 16, there are
only abut 3-4 people every day. It may be that people are not aware of the
change. However I suspect that if it continues to be only 3-4 people,
Superbus may close the line. Maybe people have other options, but if you
ever need the bus, and it's not running anymore, then don't complain.
