or otherwise how do u get there?

"A voting officer will be available during the U.S. Embassy?s outreach in
Beit Shemesh, October 23, 2012, to receive registration applications and
absentee ballots. Voters can drop off their forms and the U.S. Embassy will
forward them to the United States, saving you the expense of international
and domestic postage."

if you want to drop off your ballots, the embassy staff will be at the
Feigenson shul in Nofei Aviv from 10am-2:45pm
