[RBS] payment for Kvish 6

I traveled on Kvish 6 at the end of August but haven't yet received a bill
to pay.
 Does anyone know how I can find out how much I need to pay or get a copy
of the bill?
 Can't find anything on the website and I've been on hold for over 15
minutes !!
